Abedari is Swahili and means: Watch out! Make way! It is a very suitable name for Abbe who really has the attitude: Here I come, move out of my way! Me and Mary Lou Kenworthy at Kenset Basenjis, USA agreed that Abbe was the best pup in the litter and I am still very pleased with him. He is a very well balanced boy with a georgeous front and several details that many Basenjis lack in the breed today. Abbe was sold on breeding terms but came back to me in late July 2009 after his owner got seriously ill. He has not been in the show ring since I don't think he is ready quite yet. We expect his first litter here at Karimba in mid November 2009! |
